The Assistance Fund’s main purpose is to provide Legal Services to Agricultural Businesses and / or Individuals who are in need of Legal Services but are unable to afford these services. These Agricultural Businesses and / or Individuals may require Legal Services in order to keep farmers on their farms; and / or to ensure job security for their Farm Workers or to ensure Housing of / for the Farmer and the farm’s employees.

The Assistance Fund will also provide Finance to Agricultural Businesses in need of finance to continue their business operations.

All services / funds provided will have to comply with the Fund’s Compliance Arrangements and any donations will only be made to qualifying farmers / farming entities.
